Shipping
Coins Unlimited LLC ships to licensed charitable gaming distributors ONLY. Licenses will be verified before granting access to the website to make purchases.
Shipping is free for any order totaling $2,000 or more. If an order is less than $2,000, the following rules apply:
- Coin, merchandise and flare boards will have a flat shipping fee of $10 per board.
- For raffle boards, such as the Queen of Hearts Board, shipping is free if you order case quantities. There are 15 boards in a case. For example, to get free shipping, you must order in multiples of 15. For quantities less than 15 or non-multiples of 15, the shipping cost is $25. The shipping total will be added/charged to the order after it is placed based on this criteria.
- Items shipped to a residential address will have an additional $10 fee added to the order.
Returns
All sales are final. To report a manufacturing issue with an item or missing or damaged items, please contact us at sales@coinboardsul.com or 877-273-3738 within 15 days of receiving the shipment to resolve the issue.
